Overview of the role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Examinations Support Officer to join our Examinations team.
Reporting to the Senior Examinations Officer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services aligned with NOCN's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the examinations process from start to finish
Format and prepare exam materials
Track bookings, scripts, and results
Process reasonable adjustments and support malpractice procedures
Manage remote invigilation and exam records
Maintain confidentiality and GDPR compliance
Liaise with teams, centres, and external partners
Help improve exam processes and systems
About You
Strong administration and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to work well under pressure
Customer-focused and adaptable
Experience formatting documents
Able to handle confidential information responsibly
Experience in exams, invigilation, or regulated environments is desirable
